Questions
Do I need a Shopify store?
No. Connect a Shopify store and Sentira reads orders, carts and browsing automatically. Without one, you import your contacts and everything else — campaigns, flows, segments, forms — works the same.
What happens to my sending reputation?
You send from your own domain once you verify it. Until then you send from ours, and Sentira falls back automatically if your DNS ever breaks, rather than letting mail fail quietly.
Can I bring my existing list?
Yes, by CSV. You confirm those contacts actually opted in before anything sends — we won't email a list that can't say where it came from.
How is this different from Klaviyo?
Same store data and segmentation, without the price or the learning curve. Where Klaviyo assumes a marketing team, Sentira assumes you have twenty minutes.
